Mail Server Blocked?
(or Having Trouble Sending Emails?)

If all of a sudden, you can only receive emails but not sending emails with a mail program such as: Outlook XP, Outlook Express, Eudora, Thunderbird…etc. It is most likely that your ISP (Internet Service Provider) has blocked the outgoing (SMTP) mail server ports.

Many ISPs have increased their security measures by blocking third party outgoing email traffics ports (port 25 and 587). This action helps the ISPs to prevent their users from virus infections, spam, and to increase their network integrity.

Workaround Steps:

1. Please update the outgoing mail server (SMTP) information to your ISP’s

2. Make sure “outgoing mail server requires authentication” is NOT checked. (If applicable)
