Every time I look for support from your team I am impressed. This evening I could not get to one of my pages, I'm sure I caught things just as they went down. I checked the system status page and nothing was posted yet. So I used the live help and within a minute I had contact and I was told that there was a problem on my server and the problem would be resolved within ten minutes. My site was back online within 4 minutes of that conversation.

I've been in IT/customer support for years and I don't know how you people do it. I just finished a customer satisfaction course yesterday so it highlights my experience even more. 10 out of 10 on the customer satisfaction score again.
